When in use, the nozzle can be moved directly under the user, and moved around for a broader cleaning. The water pressure is adjustable - from a light aerated spraying to a powerful cleaning spray, that can wash users clean in only a few seconds. When the nozzle is correctly positioned, and the water pressure is raised, it can even provied an exceptional colonic enema for the user. It installs under your existing toilet seat.
